I have been working with Jon and Eduardo for the staging of the model homes at Trace. We were having a particularly hard time selling a specific floor plan, so we called Rosichelli/Mendoza and they had a new model installed within a week. We have since sold seven of that particular floorplan, and have moved the model four times now.
